Dale brings 25+ years of enterprise IT experience spanning SAN architecture, systems administration, pre-sales engineering, and database work. His hands-on technical depth — from AIX MPIO and storage scripting to multi-site replication architecture — is paired with the business instinct to match the right solution to the right problem. Before entering his technical career in the early '90s, Dale served as both a communications specialist and cavalry scout in the United States Army, reaching the rank of Staff Sergeant and serving in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Kuwait during Desert Storm.
Mark brings over 19 years of technology consulting and managed services leadership. Prior to co-founding StoneCreek, he founded Headwaters Group in 2005 — a leading consulting firm specializing in enterprise storage, backup and recovery, virtualization, and networking. Earlier in his career Mark was part of Sun Microsystems' Professional Services practice and PricewaterhouseCoopers' strategy and technology consulting group, advising Fortune 1000 companies on technology investments. Mark holds a BS from Tulane University and an MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Virginia.
